🇬🇧 Ciao! I’m Maria Elena Coco, the artist behind ME.Coco.Design. I’m based in Gorizia, Italy, and I have a Bachelor degree in Interior Design from the University of Florence.
After years of collecting beautiful fabrics for my own use, I began to design them myself. The most satisfying side of this work is seeing designs come to life on everyday products and I was so enthusiastic about this, that I decided to make a career out of it. Strongly inspired by the beauty of nature around us, I love playing with colors and shapes, exploring new styles and techniques, improving my skills day after day.
🇮🇹 Ciao! Mi chiamo Maria Elena Coco, l’artista dietro ME.Coco.Design. Vivo a Gorizia (Italia) e ho conseguito la laurea triennale in Disegno Industriale per il Prodotto d’Arredo presso l’Università degli Studi di Firenze.
Dopo aver collezionato per anni bellissimi tessuti dilettandomi nel cucito, ho iniziato a disegnarli io stessa. La parte più gratificante di questo lavoro è vedere le mie opere prendere vita sugli oggetti d’uso quotidiano e mi sono entusiasmata al punto di volerne fare un mestiere.
Fortemente ispirata dalla natura che ci circonda, amo giocare con colori e forme sperimentando nuovi stili e tecniche, cercando costantemente di migliorare le mie capacità.
